Judy has been cooking aboard charter yachts for over 20 years, and has won several awards along the way. She enjoys preparing a variety of cuisines, including Caribbean, Asian, Mexican, Italian, French and American, and customizes her menu for each charter to the individualized needs and desires of her guests. She is happy to accommodate low-fat, low-carb or other special diets on request. Meals are generally served in the spacious cockpit at a large, custom-designed teak table, with elegant and fun linens for the evening meals, and the word‘s most gorgeous views all around. A romantic picnic for two on a secluded beach can often be arranged.
